1. 30-minute telephone appointment
Contact me to arrange a 30-minute call to discuss your needs and how I can help.
We will then arrange a meeting at your home for our coaching.
2. Appointment at your home
During my visit, the coaching will take place in 2 parts:
a) Listening carefully to your aspirations and desires
In the first part, we will discuss your living and working habits and any discomforts or problems you are experiencing in your current environment.
b) Personalised coaching and recommendations
For the second part, it’s time for coaching! I’ll be with you in every room of your home to give you solutions and simple, effective tips that you can put in place quickly.
